Our Shiitake mushrooms are grown in a way that mimics nature as closely as possible using techniques that serve to enhance and nurture the environmentl rather than deplete it.

No dangerous chemicals can used as we integrate mushroom growing with our fish culture. Fish are extremely sensitive to toxins and will not even tolerate chemicals admissible in organic farming.

We aim to produce the finest, most nutritionally dense and medicinally acive mushrooms that are packed with flavour.
