Summer Solstice Qigong — Midsummer Workshop

Join us at St Catherine's Nursery for a three-hour Qigong workshop marking the longest day of the year — a time traditionally associated with peak yang energy, growth, and vitality.

The session will be held outdoors in the garden (a sheltered space is available if needed), with breaks for tea and light refreshments.

Suitable for all levels of experience — no prior practice necessary. Whether you're new to Qigong or have an established practice, you'll be guided through breath work, gentle movement, and stillness practices suited to the energy of the solstice.
